Tubab Dialow

So the Bobs went to a small resort town named Tubab Dialow a few weeks ago where we soaked it up. Upon arriving in town, after we got our rooms situated, a freind and I found this restuarant. We were the only ones there- chill as %&$*.

After that it was a trip to the beach, where we would spend most of our 48 hrs.

Here's the quaint village of Tubab Dialo

The hotel was a magnificent structure, built by some guy from Haiti. There were all sorts of intricate stone works adorning the grounds.

So I was walking to the beach when I found a dance party happening. Cautious at first, I entered, and with in seconds I was led to the center, dancing like a fool in the middle of 20 people. I moved wicked for about half an hour, slugging Gazzelle before my drumming class.
Tubab dance class. I took a drumming class and played the bass (drum). I was complimented on my musical talent ; )
There was also an African dance/drum/skit performance that was incredible. I sat next to the side of the sand pit, and ate alot of sand as it was kicked up by the performers- this is all part of the experience. Anyways, it was really good (unfortunately I didn't have my camera). Dancing is taken very seriously here.
